Movement as a form of non-violent civil disobedience to fight climate change

  • The Muse 303 3rd Avenue Brooklyn, NY, 11215 United States (map)

Join Director Lynn Neuman and Extinction Rebellion’s Red Rebel Brigade to explore, create and practice individual and group movement approaches that can be used in marches and protests. This workshop will specifically address navigating narrow and crowded environments in preparation for the next action, which will be held in the New York City subway system on March 23.

All bodies are welcome. No movement experience is necessary. You don’t need to participate on March 23 to take this workshop, which is FREE, though we will ask for a donation to help cover the cost of the space.

Space is limited. Register here.

Extinction Rebellion is an international non-violent civil disobedience environmental movement working to shift the tide of our climate emergency by urging our governments to take immediate action.
